You set the urgency, the estimated due date, and you will know the status of each ticket, and how much time has been spent on each one. And when all is said and done…how was the service? The speed? The accuracy? You have the ability help us maintain the highest level of excellence in service by using our ticket rating system. Any time a ticket is rated a 2 or less, the system automatically notifies our Lead Experts, so that we are immediately aware of any problems and can take action right away.   • Attach documents, images, or anything that will help clarify your specific ticket request
